Students entering the Doctoral Program (classified in the selection for 2018.2) must go to the PPGEC-UFRPE Secretary's Office on August 8th, 9th, and 10th, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, bringing the following documents:

  1. Copy of birth certificate, marriage certificate, or divorce record (authenticated);
  2. 02 (two) 3x4 photos;
  3. Copy of undergraduate diploma (authenticated);
  4. Copy of undergraduate academic transcript (authenticated);
  5. Copy of master's degree diploma (authenticated);
  6. Copy of master's degree academic transcript (authenticated);
  7. Copy of ID (authenticated);
  8. Copy of CPF (authenticated);
  9. Copy of passport (for foreigners) (authenticated);
  10. Copy of proof of residence;
  11. Copy of military discharge certificate (for males) (authenticated);
  12. Copy of voter registration card (authenticated);
  13. Proof of voting in the last election (authenticated);
  14. Completed Identification Form (AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD);
  15. Enrollment Form (AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD);
  16. Scholarship application form (AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD).

For students living outside Recife, digital copies of the required documents can be sent to the program's coordination email, with authenticated copies to be delivered to the Secretary’s Office during the first week of classes.
