The delivery of documents for enrollment for those entering the doctorate (approved in the selection for 2017.2) must be made at the PPGEC-UFRPE coordination (Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 17:00) in the first week of classes. Below is the list of documents to be presented at the time of enrollment:
- Copy of undergraduate diploma (authenticated)
- Undergraduate transcript (authenticated)
- Copy of master's degree diploma or provisional certificate (authenticated)
- Master's degree transcript (authenticated)
- Copy of identity (authenticated)
- Copy of CPF (authenticated)
- Copy of passport (for foreigners)
- Copy of military service certificate (for males)
- Copy of proof of residence
- Copy of voter ID (authenticated)
- Proof of electoral discharge
- Birth, marriage, or divorce certificate
- Filled identification form (attached to this notice)
- Enrollment form (attached to this notice)
We also present the class schedule for the master's and doctorate programs of 2017.2 in the attachment. Doctoral students must request in the enrollment form the courses they intend to take. The required courses are indicated in the 2017.2 schedule. In addition to the required courses, students must enroll in elective courses. The required courses total 18 credits and the electives 30 credits. Doctoral students should complete the credits preferably before qualification, which takes place in the second year. Some of the 30 elective credits can be waived with courses taken in the doctoral/master's program.
