"Student Assembly elects representatives for the Program's CCD
On September 28, 2016, the Student Assembly of PPGEC/UFRPE was held. The purpose of the assembly was to deliberate on the election of student representatives (regular and alternate) for the Master's and Doctorate programs in the Didactic Coordination Council (CCD). The criteria for candidacy were: being a student in the Program, having at least one year left to complete the Master's or Doctorate, and availability to attend CCD meetings. The elected representatives were:
Master's: Maria Iracema Barbosa Moura (regular) and Renato Araújo Torres de Melo Moul (alternate) Doctorate: Luiz Alberto da Silva Júnior (regular) and Suellen Tarcyla da Silva Lima (alternate)
A commission was also formed during the meeting to develop the roles of the student representatives. The commission will create the document, and in a new Assembly, the students of the program will deliberate on the document.
