
On November 28 and 29, the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, through its five postgraduate programs (the Postgraduate Program in Agroecology and Territorial Development - PPGADT; the Postgraduate Program in Education, Cultures and Identities - PPGECI; the Postgraduate Program in Science Teaching - PPGEC; the Northeast Education Network - RENOEN and the Postgraduate Program in Technology and Management in Distance Education - PPGTEG) linked to education and teacher-research training, will organize the 1st International Seminar on Challenges of Education in Contemporary Times: training educators in a society in transition around the axis that they have in common - “Educator training”.
The objective of the event is to discuss with international peers from the same area of interest the training of high-level teachers and researchers, with presentations in four Working Groups: GT 1 - Curriculum and Teacher Training; GT2 - Technologies for Education and Teaching; GT3- Teaching and learning processes and GT4- Popular education, agroecology and territories. Furthermore, the event aims to consolidate partnerships in order to enhance the internationalization of the five programs.
